Chad McIver, PA-C
I have been practicing as a Physician Associate for over 15 years, with experience in Internal Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery, and Cardiovascular Surgery. Throughout my career, I have witnessed firsthand the profound impact that obesity has on physical health, emotional well-being, and quality of life. I’ve also had the privilege of seeing patients who persevered—those who made lasting lifestyle changes, lost weight, and experienced life-changing improvements in confidence, health, and happiness.
I started Modiv Health to fill the gaps I saw in the current healthcare system and to provide accessible, judgment-free care. My goal is to empower clients to build confidence in themselves and to make meaningful, long-term changes that lead to healthier, happier lives. Having seen family members and friends, both with and without GLP-1 therapy, transform their lives, I know just how powerful these changes can be.
As a provider, I strive to be supportive and approachable, meeting each person where they are. I believe in evidence-based care, and I stay current with the latest research so I can bring the best options forward for my patients. Beyond the clinic, I was born and raised in the Mountain West, and my family and I chose to return to Utah for our love of the outdoors. I enjoy traveling, hiking, skiing, and recently started rock climbing—activities that remind me of the importance of momentum, balance, and resilience in life and health.
We meet you where you are with understanding and support—no judgment, just partnership.
We look at the whole picture—mind, body, and lifestyle—to create lasting change.
